Cooking Steps

Steam the fish fillet for 10-15 minutes until cooked thoroughly.

Boil the shrimp for 5-7 minutes until pink and cooked through.

Blanch spinach in boiling water for 1 minute. Then, immediately plunge into ice water to stop cooking. Drain and chop finely

Combine the cooked fish, shrimp, and spinach in a food processor. Blend until a smooth paste forms.

Dissolve the gelatin in 250ml of warm water, according to package instructions. Let it bloom for 5 minutes

Pour the gelatin mixture into the blended fish mixture. Mix thoroughly

Spread the mixture thinly and evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Dehydrate the fish food in a dehydrator or oven at the lowest setting (around 135-145°F or 52-63°C) for 4-6 hours, or until completely dry and brittle.

Once dried, break the fish food sheet into small flakes and store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place
